She explains we tend to favor two but some people are more balanced across 4 and some favor one more than others. The interesting thing about understanding your hormonal drivers and how they will reflect in your personality is that it will also help to understand how to communicate to those you are attracted to based on their personality hormonal makeup. For example, my husband is testosterone and dopamine and I am pretty well balanced across all 4 types so I am able to adjust my communication based on how he will receive it knowing his type.
