Welcome to Cam's Conversations! I am Cameron, and growing up I have been all too familiar with the struggle of finding other men to relate to from a mental health perspective. That is why I wanted to start this podcast - to create an inclusive, safe space and have open conversations to normalise men talking about their feelings, struggles and life lessons. If you also feel passionate about breaking the 'alpha male' stereotype and eradicating phrases like 'man up', join me on this journey as I look to speak to men of all walks of life and learn from them.  Today I am joined by Benn Fillingham to kick start what we hope to be can ongoing theme, and that is all things social media related.
