The basis of this episode is a complete S.O.S, a cry for help if you will. I recently had someone pass in my family and that pain literally sent me here. I had never thought to start a podcast before and the feeling that I get from all of the things that I have encountered in the past few weeks strongly suggest that this is something that I am meant to do. I feel like the goal here is to send a wave of S.O.S to anyone who may feel the same or  to  anyone who may have knowledge to offer us all.  I don't know what to expect at all or how to even move forward in this process so I am welcoming all positive energy from all walks of life to come along on this journey.
