It has been said that hindsight is 2020, and I definitely have to agree. In a recent chat with a fellow fempreneur I was asked what advice I would tell the 16 y/o version of myself.... and I must admit the response startled present-day me immensely. So much so, that it became a whole podcast episode.   

I wonder how many women need this advice today?
