In this episode we sit down and discuss the intense workload & pressure we put on ourselves during lockdown and how this caused us to suffer from immense burn out as a result.
 We also discuss easing back into normal life after 8 intense months of lockdown & how we have handled this change back to normality. We also dive deep into the importance of setting boundaries and allowing yourself time to rest and recharge. 
 We also put emphasis on the importance of reminding yourself, that is more than okay to say no to things if you're feeling drained or need more time for yourself to stop & go inwards.
 Lastly, we just want to remind you all that 2020 has been one hell of year and that feeling all the emotions as we head back into this new chapter of our lives is completely normal - we are all only human, after all.
