Jodie Diegel is the President and Founder of the Soul Harbour Ranch Animal Therapy Program, which features Chicagoland’s most experienced and comprehensive animal-assisted therapy teams — including registered therapy dogs, miniature therapy horses, and miniature therapy donkeys!
Their mission is to enrich lives by promoting the love and healing of the animal-human bond, while advocating and promoting animal therapy standards. This is a truly delightful insight into the inner workings of an animal therapy non-profit. From their reach in the community (visiting schools and hospitals), to the training that is required to be an animal trainer, all is discussed and explained by Jodie.
