Holly is a registered nurse, author,  media personality, life coach, renowned fitness authority and podcast host based in Houston, Texas. 

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Holly decided to write her first book, STRONG. More than Muscles to share her story. From that point she ventured into the entrepreneurial world and became an advocate, not just for women's health, but to encourage everyone to be the strongest versions of themselves inside and out.
