Episode 5 “Eating Disorders”

In this episode we’re joined by Sophie Grimmer, Jake’s sister, talking about her experiences with eating disorders and their effects on teenage/adult life, family, friends, relationships and more.

Thanks to Sophie for coming on the show and talking openly about her life as it’s not the easiest thing to do. This is a topic I’m sure we’ll cover again in future episodes as it affects so many people.

Episode 6 “From Depression to Progression” will be out next Monday featuring guest speaker Josh Tye talking about his experiences with depression and being sectioned at a young age.
