Lalit has been working as a CIPS volunteer in UAE since 2009.    Siddharth Batra is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from National University of Singapore. He is currently working as a Project Manager at Fugro and was previously with Heerema Marine Contractors  Siddharth is a millennial project management professional with a successful track record of contribution to several high-profile projects around the globe in the onshore building sector and offshore energy sector across a time-span of 8 years.  We discussed about his ongoing experience of working on the Jack-up mobile platform from last 110 days off the coast of Maldives, Supply Chain issues, Millennial's view point of working remotely & offshore during current Pandemic.  Siddharth is a passionate rock climber, an advanced PADI scuba diver in addition to being a globally experienced project manager known for working well with stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget.
