Doctors with the Lanig Family Fund used CO APCD data to understand the prevalence, costs, payer type, and services used by those with spinal cord injuries. This study is the first step in understanding how these patients interact with the health care system. During this Chat, we learn how many individuals in Colorado have spinal cord injuries, where they receive care, and what costs are associated with treatment.
