Clues is a murder mystery in 6 episodes.
The story takes place in London in 1851. This was the year of a world fair called “The Great Exhibition”. Prior to this exhibition, which showed the state-of-the-art of industry and technology at the time, an enormous glass building, The Crystal Palace, had been erected in Hyde Park, and during the summer of 1851 it was to host a wide range of exhibits with people from all over the world.
This pivotal event is the inspiration for the first season of Clues. The story begins the day before the grand opening of The Great Exhibition at a dinner party. Everything seems to be in perfect order, but the party takes a dark turn when one of the guests is found dead. At first, it looks like an accident, but as we dig deeper into the case it turns out that great forces are involved.
Clues is written, directed and performed by a group called Royals ‘N’ Goblins, which specializes in murder
mysteries. More information about the group and its activities can be found at: www.royalsngoblins.dk
