The Stop light is a perfect example of knowing when to Stop in the Red ZONE(Lower Chakras) to Ease or Rest into Cessation in the Yellow (Solar Plexus) and to comfortably and confidently move forward on Green. Allowing proper alignment for Self and the Greater Good.
