So let's get the logistics out of

the way of what to expect from this

bootcamp, as far as your time commitment. And as far as like when

you need to be there. So the bootcamp starts from March 4th,

through March eighth, which is March 4th

is a Monday and the eighth is a Friday. So it's going to be a five day bootcamp.

And each day is strategically planned

to help you get from overwhelmed

and exhausted in running and

managing the current client list.

You have into how to have a plan

of execution to start removing

yourself from the day-to-day work. So you can really step into

that CEO version of yourself,

and you can really start to see

progression in the business again.

So during these. Five days, we're going to have two

sessions every single day and do not

worry if you cannot make it live. That's totally okay.

There will be replays available. And we typically will have these

I talk about what to expect for the day. Then we dive into the actual content.

We do some workshopping if necessary.

And then we move into a Q&A towards the

end of that session for just in case

and there without waiting for

the QA that's later in the day.

That morning session or afternoon

about building a powerful mindset.

like nobody's ever going to do it

the way that I'm going to do it.

Or no, one's going to care about my

clients, the way that I care about them.

If you've been struggling with those

sorts of mindsets where you're like,

I can't charge what I'm worth, or I'm

not worthy of making over 75 K like

whatever that mindset issue is, we need

to tackle that first because in order

to really break through and grow in your

business, you need to tackle the mindset.

So on day one, we're going to

tackle the mindset day two.

We're going to talk about your offers. So we call this optimized offers day.

This is where we're going to take a step

back, because if you have been in business

6:41

for quite some time, then the problem

6:41

is you probably maybe took a program or

6:45

went to school or learn from someone in

6:45

some format of how to price your clients.

But little, did you know that the way

6:50

that they helped you price your clients

6:53

was without growth in mind, but maybe

6:53

you are at this point in business where

6:55

now you can't afford a team member

6:55

because you've been the same way for

6:59

four or five years or even one year

6:59

that now you're at this growth phase and

you can't even afford these new hires

7:03

because you're not pricing correctly.

So optimize offers. Dave, we're really going to take a step

back and say, How much can we actually

afford to be hiring a new person

for like, what is it that we can do?

What can we implement? What type of price increases

can we put into place?

To be able to afford that

7:19

longterm growth of the team.

What does that team member going to cost you? And how much can you expect?

There are some resources that

we're going to give on day two.

That are going to help you in this factor. Day three is going to be on Wednesday,

which essentially is going to be

all about world-class systems. And this is where we're going

to take a step back and say, what is our current bottleneck?

If you don't know what a bottleneck

is essentially, what is the thing

7:41

that's standing in your way? What is the curdle current

7:42

bottleneck in the business?

7:44

And what's the current system that's

7:44

really beating the business down.

Slowing you down, it could be

7:47

things like your onboarding system.

It could be things like your cleanup system. There's a lot of different systems

in the business that are running.

You might not have them documented. You might not have them out of

7:56

your brain, but they do exist.

But we need to find out what is the

core bottleneck of the business?

What is stalling? The business from growth? Where do you need the most attention?

So day three is all about

taking a step back because

there's chaos in the business. You're busy. I totally get it, but

there's a lot of chaos.

So we need to take a step back and learn

8:13

how to analyze what's going on in the

8:16

business to identify the bottleneck. Because if you can tackle

8:18

each of these bottlenecks.

and then you move on to the next one. And I'm going to teach you how to identify

8:22

the bottlenecks, to know which one to

8:25

work on to then move on to the next one. When you fix it.

So day three is all about the

8:28

different core systems you have.

We're going to talk about how to plan

8:31

for those core systems and tackling them

8:34

head on, and some suggestions around

8:34

the different systems and processes

that I have in place at my firm as well. Day four is going to be all

about empowered company culture.

And this is where we're going to really

8:43

dive into those of you who are ready

to hire, but they're just like, oh

8:47

my gosh, Alyssa, no one can do it.

Like I can. I'm really scared that the quality

8:51

is still not going to be there.

The reason why you fear that is

because nobody in this industry at

8:56

this point, when you've learned how

8:56

to become a bookkeeper, you learn

how to do the accounting that you do. No one's taught you to

include quality control.

essentially between you and another

9:04

bookkeeper to make sure that the

9:07

quality of the work that gets cranked

out is up to par with what you expect

until a lot of you have probably hired

someone at some point in the business

and just gotten so mad because they

didn't do it exactly how you want it to.

They produce the reports. They said to the client, now you're on

this call and the client's looking at you.

Like you're stupid because

something's not accurate.

It's because you failed. You have to take a step.

You failed. As a business owner to put

quality control in place.

And then it's not your fault

9:32

that you didn't do this.

It's because you were never taught. What quality control is and why it is so

important to have when you do start to

bring on team members and you do start to

9:42

have someone even for five hours a week.

Helping you with just the books or

9:46

helping you crank out the tax returns

9:49

or whatever that looks like for you. So on day four, we're going to heavily

dive into quality control, which

essentially is the way that you are

9:55

going to put some things in place

and some checkpoints in place to make

9:57

sure that the work that's produced

by your team is actually up to par

with the quality of work that you

want to produce for your business.

And then we're going to dive into

some different roles that you can be

hiring for inside of your business. And then the last day is one

of my favorite days, it's

called the removable CEO day. And so the removable CEO day is all

about us taking a step back and saying,

how can we unplug from the business? With trusting the team that you

end up hiring, trusting your

mindset, knowing that everything's

going to be okay, knowing that

your bottleneck is being served. How can we get you from constantly

working in battling this like hamster

wheel and get you into a place where

10:33

you were feeling good and confident

about your team, about the execution,

about everything that you're doing,

and if you're not ready right. This second to be hiring

that team member that's okay.

But putting these things in place that

you learn from days one through four is

really going to help you get to that. Long-term goal of not having

to be stuck in the business.
