Have you been curious as to what
0:00
program of ours here at workflow
0:03
queen is the right fit for you. And you're just not even sure where
0:04
to start, or maybe you are a current
0:07
student of one of our programs, but
0:07
want more information about all of the
0:11
different programs that we offer in
0:11
different ways that you can work with us?
0:14
Well, this is going to be the episode for you. So in this episode, I'm going to be
0:16
diving into the three core programs
0:19
that we offer here at workflow queen. And these are in order from
0:21
stepping stones of what
0:23
stage you're at in business. We have workflows in a weekend.
0:26
Kick off with Asana and Breakthrough
0:26
for Bookkeepers and Accountants.
0:29
And so in this episode, I'm going
0:29
to be breaking down at what stage
0:32
in business you'd want to be at what
0:32
program, what are the outcomes of
0:35
each of these programs, the different
0:35
features and functionalities.
0:38
And really what you're going to get from them. And you know, what you should expect
0:39
from being in those programs, the
0:43
different levels of support that
0:43
we offer and so on and so forth.
0:47
So if you've been curious as to what
0:47
kind of support and what kind of program
0:50
that you need at this time in your
0:50
journey, that this is the right fit
0:53
for you, all of our programs are geared
0:53
towards helping to create better systems.
0:56
Processes hire the right team members.
0:59
And it really helps you to
0:59
take your firm to the next
1:01
level, to help run without you. And so without further
1:02
ado, enjoy this episode.
1:05
And if you have any questions
1:05
about our program, Please
1:07
feel free to reach out to us. Hey everyone.
2:05
Welcome to the episode. So we're going to be
2:06
diving straight in to this.
2:09
Juicy, episode's going to really be
2:09
breaking down the different programs that
2:12
we offer here at workflow queen, different
2:12
ways that you can work with a company
2:15
and ways that you can help level up
2:15
your bookkeeping or accounting business,
2:18
and really take it to that next level. And so I really want to start off by
2:20
saying that I really appreciate everyone
2:24
who might be listening, who already
2:24
is a current student who has worked
2:26
with us in some sort of capacity. I truly appreciate
2:28
every single one of you.
2:30
It's such a wild experience that in about
2:30
a month, we'll be about four years at
2:34
workflow queen and the amount of people
2:34
that we have impacted around the world
2:38
to help them create systems, processes,
2:38
hire the right team is just incredible.
2:42
And the wins that you've shared
2:42
with me are just so amazing.
2:45
And you guys are the reason why I
2:45
keep going and doing this every day.
2:49
Why we keep improving our programs. Why we keep getting right in
2:50
front of you is so we can help
2:53
you and see those wins as well. So I just want to say thank you
2:54
so much if you're listening, if
2:57
you're already a current student. If you're someone who maybe has never
2:58
worked with us in any capacity, but you're
3:01
curious as to how we can help you with
3:01
transforming your business to really
3:05
get it, to move on autopilot without
3:05
you having to be there in the day-to-day
3:07
weeds and having to do everything in the
3:07
business, no matter what stage you're at.
3:12
If you're a bookkeeper accountant,
3:12
and this is the right episode for you.
3:14
And maybe if you are a current student,
3:14
but you're really looking for more
3:17
information on the different programs
3:17
that we offer that you have not yet taken.
3:21
I'm going to break that down today. And that's what this episode
3:22
is going to be all about. I just want to start off by saying that
3:24
if you are a listener here, I'll let
3:27
you know if you're in the right place. So if you're a listener who has a
3:28
bookkeeping or accounting practice, that
3:32
could be very beginning stages where
3:32
maybe you still work your nine to five
3:35
and you're trying to build your business
3:35
and you're just starting out bookkeeping.
3:39
Or accounting and you're
3:39
starting to build it.
3:42
Or maybe you are well-advanced, you've
3:42
been doing this for many, many years.
3:45
Maybe you're already at a seven
3:45
figure stage in your firm.
3:47
just letting you know, we do
3:47
help people from all stages
3:50
from beginner to well-advanced. as a business owner, a bookkeeper or
3:51
accountant in the financial space, if
3:55
you're also a tax preparer, we also
3:55
do have a lot of programs that can
3:58
help you in your tax practice as well. And so I just want to start off with that.
4:02
And so if you're here listening to this
4:02
podcast, and for some odd reason, you
4:05
aren't someone who's a bookkeeper or
4:05
accountant, and maybe you've just stumbled
4:08
across a podcast and use as inspiration.
4:11
I do want to preface that all of
4:11
our programs are geared towards
4:13
bookkeepers and accountants who
4:13
At least have started their own
4:15
bookkeeping or accounting business. Like I say, you can be a taxpreparer,
4:17
anybody in that financial realm.
4:19
Or someone who's maybe well-advanced. So if that's not you, you can
4:21
stick around as long as you want.
4:24
But I always like to make sure that
4:24
you know, that all of our programs are
4:27
specific to the accounting industry. So I want to start off with that.
4:30
And then the other thing I want to say
4:30
as well is if you are maybe a bookkeeper
4:33
accountant working for a corporate firm,
4:33
And you have no intentions of starting
4:37
your own business and maybe our programs. Aren't going to be a good fit for you.
4:40
However, if you are someone who is
4:40
listening in and you do not have your own
4:44
bookkeeping business, but maybe you're
4:44
an operations manager, an assistant or
4:48
whatever that looks like for an accounting
4:48
firm, then maybe this is a great episode
4:51
for you to be able to present to the
4:51
accounting firm that you work for.
4:55
The different programs that we offer,
4:55
that we can work alongside them and
4:58
you to help them implement it as well. So let's go and dive into
5:00
the fun, juicy stuff.
5:02
So we have three core major programs
5:02
here at workflow queen, and I've had
5:06
this company since 2020 in about a month.
5:09
We'll be about four years in business. We have helped people transform
5:10
from all around the world.
5:13
And it's just so incredible. So if you're a current
5:14
student, I just appreciate you. We've helped people from all
5:16
around the world to implement tech
5:19
systems automation, to help people
5:19
scale bigger, higher, better in
5:21
breakthrough to the next level. And through that over the years, we have
5:23
first started out with a program called
5:27
kickoff with Asana, which don't worry. I'm going to link everything below
5:28
this lovely podcast episode for you to
5:32
be able to go check out the website. So kickoff with Asana was the very first
5:34
program I ever came up with here at
5:37
workflow queen and the need for creating
5:37
that program came from the fact that.
5:41
I had asked others in the industry,
5:41
if they also struggled with.
5:44
You know, maintaining the tasks and
5:44
staying on top of all the projects
5:47
and all these different things. And at that time, I also had my own firm.
5:51
I very first firm. Where I did bookkeeping and tax
5:52
work, and I did have a team and I
5:56
myself went through the struggle of
5:56
trying to find a project management
5:58
system that actually worked. That I can make into my
6:00
own for this industry.
6:02
And so I found through the struggle for
6:02
myself, I found that other people in
6:06
the industry also needed the same thing. And so that's when Kickoff
6:08
of Asana was created.
6:10
And Kickoff with Asana has
6:10
we've redone it three different
6:13
times and now it's pretty solid. We do give update videos
6:15
if needed and necessary.
6:18
If Asana updates, anything major. Which has been really cool.
6:21
So since kickoff with Asana
6:21
we then created a program
6:24
called Workflows in a Weekend. And Workflows in a Weekend is really
6:26
just a stepping stone program is probably
6:29
what the best way I'd describe it. Where if maybe you're at the
6:31
newer stages or you're not very
6:33
familiar with me or my teaching
6:33
style, it's a really great program.
6:36
It's our, least expensive program
6:36
that we have that you can go in and
6:40
just really learn about workflows,
6:40
how to actually document them what
6:43
our workflows, why it's important. We give you a brief little overview
6:45
of Asana, but not, we don't give
6:49
like the templates that we would
6:49
inside a kickoff for Asana.
6:51
And then I think that was like a year
6:51
after I created kickoff with Asana,
6:55
because I found a lot of people who maybe
6:55
just couldn't afford kickoff with Asana.
6:58
Because remind you like all of my
6:58
programs aren't investment, like
7:02
anything that you purchase to
7:02
learn more about is an investment.
7:05
Whether it's a book. Whether it's a program, whether it's a
7:06
class, like it doesn't matter no matter
7:09
what, if you want thorough information
7:09
and thorough teachings to really help
7:14
you set you off in the right direction,
7:14
you're going to have to pay money.
7:17
And that's just where the investment lies. Then I think it was two years
7:19
after I started the company.
7:23
People that had done kickoff with Asana
7:23
and other people in the industry who
7:26
would like also build up their business
7:26
at the same time as me, when I had my own
7:30
firm, I found that they were struggling
7:30
beyond just a project management system.
7:34
They were struggling with, you know,
7:34
how do I hire, what does that look like?
7:37
What do I pay them? How do I run team meetings?
7:40
What are the systems that are bigger
7:40
than just the project management system?
7:43
What is the whole onboarding
7:43
process supposed to look like?
7:46
you know, how do I remove myself from
7:46
the day-to-day work and not be involved?
7:49
How do I create an emergency plan? All these different things.
7:51
I had all these questions coming, especially for my kickoff, with Asana students.
7:55
Who were like Alyssa, we need more
7:55
than just a project management system.
7:59
And that's when I was really
7:59
inspired to create my other program.
8:02
It's called breakthrough. Breakthrough is my first
8:03
ever group coaching program.
8:06
It has been so much fun. And to be honest, it is my favorite
8:08
program of all the programs that I have.
8:12
Yes, Kickoff with Asana will always
8:12
have a special place in my heart, but
8:15
nothing can replace the winds that we've
8:15
been able to create from breakthrough.
8:19
When it comes to like literally
8:19
our students have been able to.
8:22
Step away, fully from the company. They've been able to take
8:24
unplugged vacations while their
8:26
firm is like still growing. We have a lot of people who have found
8:28
their dream team have really implemented
8:31
high-level core systems help them reprice
8:31
and restructure their whole entire firm.
8:36
And it's just so crazy. And like, I love doing the coaching calls.
8:39
I just love being involved. And so let's just kind of break down the
8:41
different programs and the different,
8:45
like stepping stones that they create. So first of all, workflows in a weekend
8:47
is a great program for anybody who's
8:51
at the beginning stages of business. And so you're barely beginning your
8:54
bookkeeper accountant practice.
8:57
And you're just like, you know what? I just want to be proactive and
8:58
start documenting the things that
9:01
I'm doing, because you really don't
9:01
know where the business is going.
9:04
I made the mistake when I first
9:04
started my business to think that
9:06
it was just going to be me forever. And I was so set on never hiring
9:08
anybody until it got to a point
9:11
where I didn't have a choice. And at that time, I had to do
9:12
so much documentation and I
9:15
regretted not doing it before. And so not even if like you plan
9:17
to hire, it's still important
9:20
to document what you're doing. So that way you're consistent because if
9:21
you're trying to go by memory every single
9:25
month and you're trying to do something. You're seriously going to like drop
9:27
the ball on so many different things.
9:30
I know this from experience. I can't imagine my life without all
9:31
the checklists, all Asana, all the
9:35
notion, all the things that we do. I just can't imagine.
9:38
So if you're at the beginning
9:38
stages to really good opportunity
9:40
and workflows in a weekend, It's
9:40
a very cost-effective program.
9:43
It's less than a hundred dollars. It's actually less than $50 to
9:44
sign up for workflows in a weekend.
9:48
So we made it cost effective for anybody
9:48
who's maybe at that more beginner stages.
9:52
It's a three series workshop. And they are prerecorded.
9:55
So you go in, you learn about what
9:55
our workflow is, how to document them.
9:59
And then we talk about Asana, which
9:59
is a project management system.
10:02
I teach, we go through Asana just to teach
10:02
you how to pull that workflow into Asana.
10:07
That program is not going to give you a
10:07
deep dive of all things, about Asana and
10:10
how to use a project management system. And here's some templates.
10:13
Workflows in a weekend is
10:13
really a DIY situation.
10:16
So we're going to teach you how to create the workflows, but you need to go in and document them.
10:20
And so this is really helpful for
10:20
people who don't know my teaching style.
10:23
Don't know if you're going to like what I have to offer. It's a great starting program.
10:27
Like I said, that'll help you like
10:27
learn how to document those workflows.
10:31
Now, if you're more advanced in
10:31
business, I really don't recommend taking
10:34
workflows in a weekend because you really
10:34
should just be cutting the corners.
10:37
And just getting the full-proof
10:37
system and not trying to like
10:40
build things from scratch. And when I say that we typically means
10:42
anybody who's been in business and
10:45
already experienced a lot of headaches
10:45
of trying to manage their clients.
10:48
It could be literally five clients. It could be 50 clients.
10:52
It's whenever you start to really feel those headaches. A lot of the times when you're brand new,
10:54
you only have like one to two clients.
10:58
It's a lot easier for you to manage that work. And then I recommend using
11:00
workflows in the weekend to help
11:02
you learn to document it right. Workflows in a weekend is a great stepping
11:04
stone into our program Kickoff with Asana.
11:08
And so kickoff of Asana is like the next
11:08
tier up from workflows in a weekend.
11:12
So kick off of Asana. Is going to be your first investment
11:13
when it comes to the pricing of
11:16
the program, it is an investment. And that's because we give you everything
11:18
that you need from start to finish when
11:21
it comes to setting up your Asana, using
11:21
it learning every single functionality
11:25
and feature from A to Z inside of Asana.
11:28
If you use a different project
11:28
management system, don't worry.
11:30
You can still use it. I will preface.
11:32
So the support that comes with that
11:32
program does not cover other project
11:36
management systems like Keeper or Click Up
11:36
because we are not experts in that arena.
11:40
And so I use Asana. I've been using Asana
11:41
seriously since Like 2017.
11:44
It's been in my world for
11:44
a very, very long time.
11:47
And it's funny because when I started
11:47
my second bookkeeping firms, so
11:50
magnetic bookkeeping consulting. I literally took my same templates that
11:52
I give you guys inside of kickoff with
11:55
Asana and set them up for my own firm. And so I tell people all the time, it's
11:57
not a joke, what I say, I've used these
12:01
templates over and over again for myself
12:01
and I have a really successful firm.
12:04
I've done it once before and I'm doing it again. And so just know that these are things
12:06
that are tested and tried and true.
12:10
We've gotten feedback on them. I've tweaked them over.
12:12
You know, over the time and over
12:12
the course of the program as well.
12:16
So kickoff with Asana
12:16
is a self-paced program.
12:18
It's going to be a little bit
12:18
more of a time investment, but I
12:20
can tell you that a lot of people
12:20
ask me the question of Alyssa.
12:23
Well, how long will kick off with us on a take. It depends on you because I've had people
12:25
like I'll give a really great example.
12:29
Jolene Fleming. I had her here on the podcast once
12:30
she's a breakthrough student and
12:33
also kickoff for Asana student. She had over a hundred clients
12:35
and she was so fed up with like
12:39
everything being everywhere, not
12:39
knowing when the due dates are.
12:41
And like, I can imagine a hundred
12:41
clients trying to manage all that.
12:44
And she took it off of Asana and
12:44
she literally set up kickoff of
12:48
Asana with all the templates we
12:48
created in all the teachings.
12:51
In one weekend. And so for her, she has a hundred
12:52
clients and she did it within a
12:55
weekend, but she was desperate. And so tired of forgetting
12:57
things, dropping the ball and
13:01
not having good client retention
13:01
rates because of the fact that.
13:04
You know, everything was
13:04
just kind of chaos and she'll
13:06
admit that it was total chaos. Right? Then we have some students who
13:08
literally have one client who it's
13:11
a year later and they still have
13:11
not implemented kickoff with Asana.
13:14
So it is up to you. I can only give you all the resources,
13:15
but I cannot force you to do the work.
13:18
And so. My recommendation is if you don't
13:19
have the time or you feel like you
13:22
don't then if Jolene Fleming can do
13:22
it and she's got a hundred clients and
13:25
she locked off a whole weekend to do
13:25
nothing else, but implemented, then
13:29
you really have no excuse as well. Right? And so you can't just let all these
13:31
things that you purchase, like sit
13:34
on your virtual, you know, Bookshelf
13:34
and then collect all this dust.
13:38
Like that's not the whole point
13:38
of why you invest in these things.
13:41
So it kicked off with a song I'd recommend. Honestly, we have people from beginning
13:42
stages who have zero clients to
13:46
people I think our student that has a
13:46
highest number of clients She owns a
13:49
tax firm and also a bookkeeping firm. They have 500 bookkeeping clients and
13:51
they have like 1200 something tax clients
13:56
and they use Asana and they have it
13:56
fully set up with our methodologies.
13:59
Then we have people who have
13:59
never had a client before who
14:02
started with Kickoff with Asana. And the reason why they invested in
14:03
it was because they would rather not
14:06
have to document their own workflows. Trying to figure out
14:08
the answers themselves. And instead, the workflows that we
14:10
provide and the templates that we
14:12
provide for the project management
14:12
system, like I said, you can use for
14:16
other systems if you'd like is they
14:16
literally came in, got those systems.
14:21
Then when they onboarded their first
14:21
client, they had literally every step
14:24
to onboard their client every step
14:24
to maintain the client's books, every
14:28
step, to be able to make sure to
14:28
do the cleanup, they had everything
14:30
they needed to, to stay on track and
14:30
they didn't have to guess when things
14:33
needed to be done in different orders. And so if you are at the newbie stage,
14:35
it is a great investment as well,
14:38
because it will help to set you up
14:38
when you do onboard those people,
14:41
or you do start to do the work. The beauty about kickoff of Asana though,
14:43
is the fact that we do so much more than
14:47
just thinking about the clients, because
14:47
I think the failure in this industry.
14:50
Is that a lot of people, whether it's
14:50
the coaching gurus, whether it's the
14:54
software, people who are building out
14:54
the softwares or whatever that looks like
14:58
everyone is so focused on the client work. And yes.
15:01
We need the clients to make
15:01
money to fuel the business.
15:04
But at the same time, Your
15:04
business needs to thrive and grow.
15:08
And so if you're only focused on how can
15:08
I serve my clients, but what about you?
15:11
It's the same thing in your personal life, right? Imagine like serving your kids and
15:13
serving your family and serving all these
15:17
different people all the time, but then
15:17
you're never taking care of yourself.
15:20
You can't serve someone to
15:20
Your highest capabilities
15:23
without first serving yourself. And it goes the same way when it comes
15:25
to your systems and your business.
15:28
If you're a business, foundational
15:28
systems are not good, then you
15:31
cannot better serve your clients. You cannot create a better
15:32
client experience system.
15:35
It's just going to be stressful
15:35
and really overwhelming.
15:37
And you truly can't step away. So a kickoff of Asana.
15:39
We give you all the templates to
15:39
run your whole entire business.
15:42
Specific to the accounting industry
15:42
and then also break everything down.
15:46
Like I said, it's, self-paced you get
15:46
lifetime access to that program and
15:48
you get lifetime access to support,
15:48
which is a community Facebook group
15:51
for all kickoff of Asana students. To be able to ask questions
15:53
and get some feedback.
15:55
we do a monthly live Q and a call. I believe it's as I'm recording this every
15:58
first Wednesday of every single month.
16:01
And so, yeah, it's just been a great program. I've had it for years.
16:04
Like I said, it's it's well tested. And if you ever need any feedback or
16:06
connected with someone who's taken the
16:09
program, just reach out to me and I can
16:09
connect you with whoever you need to.
16:12
to talk through it. And like I said, we've had a lot of people
16:13
who came in to kick off with Asana who.
16:16
We're using other programs and really
16:16
needed what we have, but was able to
16:20
take that same concept and be able
16:20
to change it into click up and change
16:23
it into things like keeper as well. So the last program that we have, it's
16:26
the next stepping stone really from
16:29
kickoff of Asana and from any of our
16:29
other programs is called breakthrough
16:32
for bookkeepers and accountants. And the whole goal of this program is to
16:34
help you scale bigger, higher, better,
16:37
and breakthrough to the next level. And so what that means is that the whole
16:39
intention of that program is to really
16:43
take a step back, reanalyze your firm,
16:43
because at this point, if you are joining
16:47
breakthrough, You are not a newbie. You've at least been in business
16:49
where you've already experienced those
16:52
headaches of trying to juggle everything. You're struggling because you're
16:54
doing all the work every single day.
16:56
And you need to like break that. You know, have it.
17:00
And be able to bring
17:00
people on to support you.
17:02
And if that's just one extra team
17:02
member, maybe you're that person who
17:05
has been, you know, has hired people,
17:05
but they all failed and somehow
17:09
just never doing it up to your par. So.
17:11
All these different things. Maybe you have systems breaking in
17:12
your onboardings, chaos, and all
17:15
these different things are chaos. No matter if you have the tasks or
17:16
not in a project management system.
17:19
Breakthrough is really for you. So breakthrough is a level up from our
17:21
kickoff of Asana program, which just
17:25
gives the templates for managing the work.
17:28
This is where we're going to
17:28
start talking about how do I
17:31
run effective team meetings? How do I, you know, do KPIs on my teams
17:32
to see if I need to let people go, or
17:37
if we need to reanalyze our pricing,
17:37
to make sure that we can afford the
17:41
team or reanalyze the pricing of our
17:41
clients, because you maybe at the
17:44
very beginning were told by somebody. That you should only be pricing
17:46
your clients at a hundred dollars
17:48
a month, which I'm just going to
17:48
tell you right now is way too low
17:51
and that's not going to sustain the
17:51
long-term growth of the company.
17:54
And so if you're really at that place
17:54
in business where you're just like, oh
17:57
my God, Alyssa, like, I'm just tired
17:57
of just being tired all the time.
18:01
I'm tired of not having people to help me.
18:04
I can never go on a vacation
18:04
without having to bring my computer.
18:07
I can never fully unplug. Like I'm always working on weekends.
18:10
I feel really stressed out. Like, I don't even know
18:11
where everything's at. I'm just making decisions based off of
18:13
how I feel instead of black and white
18:16
data, then breakthrough is really for you. So breakthrough is not for
18:19
people at the newbie stage.
18:21
Like I said, if you don't have any
18:21
clients do not join breakthrough,
18:24
you're just not ready for it right now. We could discuss it once you are a
18:26
little bit more down your journey.
18:29
My recommendation. I always tell people that you
18:30
need to at least have two to three
18:33
clients to join breakthrough. And those out of those
18:34
two to three clients.
18:37
I'm going to say that you need to have
18:37
had experienced a lot of headache.
18:40
And so, like I said, maybe
18:40
that's through your onboarding.
18:43
Maybe that's true. You know, your mindset of
18:45
stepping into the next level.
18:47
You need to be at a different stage. You have to be at a different
18:49
caliber and ready to be.
18:52
Receiving information to help
18:52
you level up the business.
18:55
People at the newbie stages. Can't I just don't think are
18:56
ready for it because you haven't
18:59
experienced those headaches yet. Your headaches are more about, oh
19:00
my gosh, how do I market to people?
19:03
How do I get people to know about
19:03
my services while people who join
19:06
breakthrough, we have found that
19:06
like 80% of them who have joined
19:09
don't have a marketing problem. They have a problem with the fact that
19:11
everybody's knocking on their door to
19:14
work with them, but they can't serve
19:14
them because of they're at capacity,
19:17
because they refuse to outsource work. They don't know how to outsource.
19:20
They don't know how to hire. They don't know how to remove themselves.
19:23
They don't know how to let go. And so that's really when breakthrough
19:24
kind of comes into the picture.
19:27
So breakthrough covers five core modules.
19:30
It is self-paced. And so it's powerful mindset.
19:33
That's what we're going to deep dive
19:33
into really restructuring your mindset
19:36
from going from like the employee
19:36
of your company to now stepping into
19:39
the CEO and letting things go and
19:39
really working to that money mindset.
19:43
And also that. 'cause a lot of times when we price
19:44
our clients, we as business owners,
19:48
we're so close to the numbers
19:48
that like we get so emotional.
19:50
So we talked through your money
19:50
mindset of letting that go to really.
19:54
I know that you, you deserve
19:54
to earn a certain amount of
19:57
money to be able to afford your
19:57
team, to afford to pay yourself.
20:00
Then the second module
20:00
is optimized offers.
20:02
So that's what we're going to go back and
20:02
restructure your pricing and really look
20:06
at, we're going to have you, like inside
20:06
the program, we have, you like analyze all
20:09
of your clients, how much you're charging
20:09
them, the true profitability per client to
20:13
see, like, can you even afford the dream
20:13
team that you want based off, like what.
20:17
you want to pay this team or what
20:17
even you want to pay yourself.
20:20
And so we have a lot of students to come
20:20
into breakthrough that I can tell you
20:22
from the very beginning, when they submit
20:22
their homework to analyze their client
20:26
list, they are severely undercharging
20:26
and they cannot grow without it.
20:30
And so a lot of people come into
20:30
breakthrough and we have all the assets
20:33
to do the price increase the whole system. Everything that they need to do.
20:37
They come and use the assets and
20:37
resources, and now they're making
20:39
way more and they can afford their
20:39
team and afford to pay themselves
20:42
what they should and they deserve. Right. Then we go into the world-class system.
20:47
So world-class systems is where we
20:47
break down your sales and marketing
20:50
system, your internal systems, your
20:50
external systems, your client experience
20:54
systems, really the efficiency toolbox.
20:57
And so essentially it's like broken down
20:57
into sub modules where we go through
21:00
each of the core systems of the company
21:00
to really help you nail them down.
21:04
So that means that we're going to look at
21:04
things like in the program, we'll teach
21:07
you things like how to build notion. We give you our whole entire
21:09
notion workspace, how to use
21:12
it, how to implement it, how. To document.
21:14
SOP is decision trees, all these
21:14
different resources that you're going
21:17
to need to really level up your systems.
21:19
It's going to be able to teach you
21:19
how to create better client experience
21:22
systems and that's things like making
21:22
sure that the clients are happy.
21:25
How can we get feedback forms? What are those feedback forms?
21:28
So we give a lot of those
21:28
resources for you, so you don't
21:31
have to create them from scratch. We talk about internal systems,
21:32
like quality control things like.
21:35
communication with your team,
21:35
how to maintain that system.
21:38
Then we dive into the world. empowered company culture systems.
21:41
And that's what we're going to talk about. Identifying the future higher.
21:44
So that means like looking at a sample
21:44
org chart, we actually build an org
21:47
chart that gives you salary and hourly
21:47
rates based off research from 2023.
21:52
And then it even breaks down like you
21:52
know, how to actually identify who you
21:56
need to hire based off looking at your
21:56
time tracking, we help you with all
21:59
that kind of stuff inside the program. Then we move into the actual hiring
22:01
process, which is where, like you're
22:03
going to start interviewing people. We give all the interview
22:05
questions, the job description.
22:07
We just recently rolled out a brand
22:07
new feature, which is a a custom
22:11
AI bot that I had built out for
22:11
breakthrough specifically that will
22:15
take my methodologies of creating
22:15
a sales page, like job description.
22:19
That really helps you find. Your unicorn team members, and essentially
22:20
you put in certain information and it
22:25
actually builds the job description
22:25
for you based off my methodologies.
22:28
So it's not like another one of those
22:28
boring Facebook posts that everybody does
22:31
where it says we're hiring apply here. Like you need to be creating something.
22:35
That's actually going to entice
22:35
people to want to say, hell yes,
22:38
that is who I want to work for. And so with that AI bot, it
22:40
actually will crank that out.
22:42
So there's no more heavy lifting of you
22:42
having to write your own job description.
22:45
It's kind of taken care of
22:45
for you inside the program.
22:48
We walk you through everything and like
22:48
the assessment, the system of actually
22:52
doing the hiring, the, you know, Accepting
22:52
them like, what's that going to look like?
22:56
And then we move into a sub-module
22:56
inside the empowered company culture
23:00
area where we deep dive into.
23:03
How do we actually make sure
23:03
that our team is performing?
23:06
So that's looking at your KPIs, it's
23:06
doing your team meetings, that's
23:09
managing the performance, doing. Performance reviews.
23:12
Really just assessing that they
23:12
are actually growing within their
23:15
role because a lot of people fail
23:15
by just hiring people and just
23:18
expecting them to know everything. We even go down into a training, so an
23:20
internal training program for your team.
23:25
And so that's something that you will
23:25
build out, but we'll give you an idea
23:28
of what that agenda could look like. But we are there to support
23:29
you from like the hiring to the
23:32
onboarding, to everything that you
23:32
need in order to support getting
23:35
someone onboarded into the team. A lot of these things you
23:37
will need to build, but we will give you the foundation.
23:40
Because everybody's firm is different. The way that I teach our team, how to use
23:42
even contents, there would be different
23:45
than someone else who uses content snare. But we'll give you like the high
23:47
level agenda, something that
23:50
will help you get you on track. Then we also go through, you know,
24:58
letting go of team members and
25:01
moving them into leadership roles. And so a lot of times people neglect.
25:04
You know, taking a step back and looking
25:04
at the different team members and the
25:08
different people and what, you know,
25:08
we could serve them and what we could
25:11
do to move them into the next role. To really help level up the company.
25:14
And so we kind of break everything
25:14
down from the, finding the hires all
25:17
the way down to letting them go and
25:17
also moving them into the next role.
25:21
Then the next module of
25:21
breakthrough is the last module
25:25
it's called a removable CEO. This is where we talk about
25:27
like preparing for emergencies
25:29
because **** does hit the fan. If you've been in business and you already
25:31
know someone in your family's probably
25:34
ended up in the hospital, maybe you have,
25:34
maybe someone has broken something and you
25:38
had to run out and you were gone for four
25:38
days because you had to take care of them.
25:41
And all of a sudden your everything's
25:41
on fire because you never had a system
25:44
in place for like when emergencies
25:44
happen, maybe something happened
25:47
to you and you couldn't be there. I've had plenty of scenarios
25:49
that have happened in my business
25:52
journey that have put me to a
25:52
place where I could not be here.
25:55
And I'm so grateful for
25:55
my own emergency plan.
25:57
We also get you ready for taking long-term
25:57
vacations because our whole goal is
26:00
that you don't have to be involved in
26:00
the company or bring your computer.
26:04
So how to get your team prepared, how to
26:04
brief them, how to debrief them, how to
26:07
make changes in the company, if you leave
26:07
and mistakes happen because they will.
26:11
We go into a lot of different things
26:11
about really removing yourself from
26:15
the day-to-day company, but the
26:15
only way you can remove yourself.
26:18
Is if you put in the work to build
26:18
the systems and build the team,
26:20
build the things that you need. In order to get there.
26:23
Right? So the way that breakthrough
26:23
is set up is breakthrough is
26:25
not meant to be done in order. when you sign up for breakthrough,
26:27
you'll get a email within 48 hours
26:30
of signing up to book a one-on-one
26:30
with me at the time of recording
26:34
that could change in the future. It's a 30 minute call where
26:35
we, I go through and just
26:38
ask you a bunch of questions. Just really pick out what's
26:39
going on with the company.
26:42
To help identify your bottleneck and what
26:42
order you need to do everything in, in
26:46
order to maximize the use of the program.
26:49
We're busy. Your bottleneck. If you're listening, might be your
26:51
pricing while my bottleneck might be,
26:54
I don't know, client experience system. So there's no point in
26:56
me looking at pricing. If my pricing is pretty solid,
26:57
when I should be looking at
26:59
my client experience system. And so I'll help you break that down
27:01
in that 30 minutes strategy call.
27:04
After you sign up for breakthrough. And then the cool part is what I
27:06
love about breakthrough is one it's
27:09
lifetime access to the program content.
27:11
And that means a prerecorded stuff. You get two different portals
27:13
when you sign up, the first portal
27:16
for your membership login is
27:16
where the prerecorded content is.
27:19
Like I said, that's lifetime access. And then we do have a second portal,
27:21
which is the coaching call replays
27:24
and any guest expert replays. So we have support for breakthrough,
27:26
but the support for breakthrough,
27:29
it only goes for six months. And we did that very intentionally
27:31
because we found that a lot of
27:34
people needed heavy, heavy support
27:34
during the first six months.
27:37
And so there are opportunities to,
27:37
you know, get lifetime access or
27:41
even extended access to your support. The support means that you have
27:43
access to the Facebook community for
27:46
breakthrough, which I am obsessed with.
27:48
Just the conversation that everyone has. People are talking like bonus structures.
27:51
Now that we're at the end of the year. You know, what should I bonus my team?
27:54
And we're giving feedback and,
27:54
oh my God, it's just so crazy.
27:57
All the conversation in there is just so amazing. It's not a newbie level of conversation.
28:01
It's people at the growth
28:01
stage in business, and it's
28:04
just so cool to watch them. Just level up in the way they
28:05
communicate with each other.
28:08
And other parts of the six months of
28:08
coaching is also six months of access
28:11
to go and attend our live coaching
28:11
calls or live coworking sessions.
28:16
So every single week we host
28:16
a coworking session, which
28:19
means that it's not recorded. It's actually for other breakthrough
28:20
students to work together, we
28:23
create breakout rooms that are
28:23
themed around the program where
28:26
you guys could work together. Some people go in there and build
28:27
their keeper, or they work on their
28:29
content snare together, or they
28:29
build out their pricing structure.
28:32
We've had so many cool things. Someone recently did a coworking session
28:34
and they broke out into a different
28:37
room to talk about cashflow projections. It's just amazing the
28:39
level of conversations. Great.
28:42
So it's not recorded to give everyone
28:42
a safe space, to be able to share their
28:45
screen and know that it's not recorded. Then we also do every Thursday,
28:47
we have a coaching call.
28:50
The coaching calls are
28:50
using a 12:00 PM EST.
28:53
The coworking is at the
28:53
same time on Wednesday.
28:56
But on Thursday is the coaching
28:56
time as the coaching call.
28:59
And it's about an hour
28:59
and it's at 12:00 PM EST.
29:01
And you can, pre-submit your questions. If you can't make it live, everything's
29:03
recorded for those coaching calls.
29:06
And those coaching calls are hosted by
29:06
either myself or Brooke Swan, who is the
29:09
owner and founder of clarity, bookkeeping. And so either one of us, we swap off
29:12
each of the weeks, which is so much fun.
29:16
I just love Brooke. She's wicked smart. And I even call her all the time
29:18
for my own questions as well.
29:21
And she's just amazing. So she's one of the coaches
29:23
inside of breakthrough as well.
29:25
So you can have the opportunity to take
29:25
your time to either share your screen.
29:28
Or just talk through an
29:28
issue that you got going on.
29:30
It's just so much fun because
29:30
everyone's so amazing in that program.
29:33
And like I said, the conversation
29:33
is not like a newbie level combo.
29:36
It's really just like a
29:36
level of conversation.
29:39
And it's just so amazing. With your six months of support, you
29:40
also get homework review opportunities.
29:44
So throughout the program, you'll
29:44
be prompted to submit homework.
29:47
And you don't have to, you can, if
29:47
you'd like to, so things like you get
29:50
prompted to submit your client list
29:50
with what you're currently pricing
29:53
them for us to give feedback on. Maybe you need to, you
29:55
know, adjust your pricing.
29:57
You can be, you know,
29:57
submitting certain systems.
30:00
There's a lot of things and a
30:00
lot of opportunities for the
30:02
homework review in the program. You also have the ability to bring
30:04
up to two team members and these team
30:07
members can not be third-party agencies.
30:10
They have to be people who are
30:10
part of your company that can come
30:13
into breakthrough and you have
30:13
to just fill out an application.
30:16
They'll get their own separate login. You can even control if they, if you
30:17
want them inside the Facebook group.
30:21
Part of the coaching call or just
30:21
access to the portal, which is cool.
30:24
That was a request done by our students. So we kind of listened and we made
30:26
sure that now when you bring your
30:29
team members, if you don't want them. You know, if you want to save space
30:31
in the Facebook group to talk about
30:33
them, if you need to, then you
30:33
have it without them seeing it.
30:36
And so you can bring your two team members. And so, like I said, you get lifetime
30:38
access to the program, but you
30:41
get six months access to support. And like I said, there's opportunities
30:43
to, you know, Uplevel your support or
30:47
go extended on your support as well. But regardless, this program
30:49
is really good for anybody.
30:51
Who's just so tired of being sick and
30:51
tired and so tired of feeling like they're
30:56
just constantly drowning and constantly
30:56
behind like, Breakthrough is my baby.
31:01
And I just love this program. I'm so obsessed with it.
31:03
We're constantly adding
31:03
things are so many bonuses.
31:06
On the landing page for breakthrough, you
31:06
also see an overview video where I kind
31:09
of give you like a high level overview. We've been bringing guest experts.
31:13
People have done, like meditation's, we've
31:13
even done people who've done in contents.
31:16
And they're like the founder of content center came in. We have like goal setting experts.
31:21
We have like people who did like
31:21
StrengthsFinders, it's incredible.
31:24
Like the guest experts that we are able
31:24
to compile to help even further expand on
31:29
the areas that maybe we're not experts in. And so I would just take the time to think
31:31
through what's the right fit for you.
31:35
And if you're not even sure at this
31:35
point, listening to the podcast,
31:38
what Program is right for you. Then feel free to reach out to me at
31:39
support@workflowqueen.com or message me
31:43
on IG @workflowqueen or another option
31:43
too, is that you can click the link.
31:47
That's going to be here below the episode. That's going to say book a consult
31:49
call book, a free consult call with me.
31:52
It's 15 minutes. We'll go through and I'll get to know
31:53
your business and what you have going on.
31:56
I can tell you right now that I will
31:56
tell you if a program is not the
31:59
right fit for you, and also give you
31:59
a roadmap of how you can actually get
32:03
to that place that you are ready for. It. And so I appreciate every
32:05
single one of you for listening.
32:08
And I really hope you join us. I want to help you transform, and
32:09
please don't be another one of those
32:12
people who I met with one year ago. Who's a year later.
32:15
And still in that same place, like
32:15
you've got to change something.
32:18
If you keep telling yourself you're going
32:18
to make a difference and make a change,
32:20
but yet you still haven't then maybe it's
32:20
time and you need a reality check that
32:23
maybe it's time to do something about it. Right. So I really appreciate
32:26
every single one of you. If you have any questions
32:27
or you need anything, please
32:30
feel free to reach out to us. And thank you so much for listening in.
