 SC issues notice to demolish Supertech twin towers in Noida
The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the demolition of twin 40-storey towers in Supertech Ltd;s Emerald Court project in Noida for violating building by-laws in collusion with authority officials, dealing a blow to the real estate giant. Apex and Ceyane, two towers of Supertech's Emerald Court Project in Sector 93, have a total of 915 apartments and 21 shops.
