In this episode of Consumed with Sophia Pattison, intern Sophia flies all the way to Italy to delve into the life-changing experience of a Cal Poly student’s study abroad experience and internship at a sustainable farm-to-fork restaurant in Lastra a Signa, a municipality of Florence.
