When you come up on the time of year where setting goals is popular don’t miss the opportunity as a leader to make an impact. Ask the question, What are you fighting for? Many people think that they are fighting for something but in reality, they’re just trying hard. Hoping things work out. Help the people you lead fight for something but shortening up the time frame of that goal. Break it down to the ridiculous, make it specific and do your part to keep it in front of them. It will make a difference in the success rate but most important, you will find that some folks aren’t fighting for anything. You can be the game changer there. Thank you as always.
