This episode features a friend named Rich, a 37-year old black man, from Leeds, Yorkshire, United Kingdom. The focus is to get the perspective and thoughts from someone living outside of the U.S on what's happening here with George Floyd, racism and the protests. Our conversation also leads us into Rich's story of encountering a racist policeman and how he diffuse the situation. Plus, we talk about his two children and how they're figuring out their own identities.
