1:13
alive and hope to prevent future
1:15
tragedies. For sure. So
1:18
who is Joseph Communale? His
1:21
friends called him Joey. And he
1:23
was only 26 years old from
1:25
Stanford, Connecticut, full of life
1:27
and promise. He was described
1:29
as an amazing hockey player and
1:31
he had an extremely loving family
1:33
and made many friends. Stanford,
1:36
Connecticut is only about 35 miles northeast
1:39
of New York City. So it's a
1:41
quick drive, usually taking about 45 minutes
1:44
to an hour, depending upon traffic. You
1:46
can take the boat. Yeah, you could.
1:49
And it's super convenient for a night
1:51
out in the city, especially with regular

around great to be around like
2:21
he was just a great person.
2:23
He attended costs for university where
2:25
he not only hit the books
2:27
hard, but he also made a
2:29
ton of friends. Joe He was
2:32
known for being the lights of
2:34
the party, always up for good
2:36
time and bringing people together. He
2:38
played basketball, He and he played
2:40
hockey in college and was a
2:43
huge sports fan. always ready for
2:45
a game or to cheer on
2:47
his favorite teams. And
2:49
let's not forget his love of
2:51
music, concerts, festivals. You name it
2:53
Joe, he was they're living in

3:13
With chilies were never.whether it was
3:16
a casual a hangout were a
3:18
night out in New York City
3:20
on Saturday, Nov thirteenth. Twenty sixteen.
3:22
Joseph. Headed to New York City. Excited!
3:25
For a son, eight with friends, they
3:27
hit up a lounge in Manhattan. Looking
3:30
forward to every thing at the cities
3:32
and nightlife front of her. But.
3:34
Then. Things. Took a dark
3:37
and unexpected per. The. Next
3:39
Monday. Joey was reported missing.
3:42
So. As we try to understand
3:44
how a night that started
3:46
with laughter and science and
3:49
it in such tragedy. We.
3:51
ask that you remember the family and
3:53
their friends who were left with a
3:55
heavy heart for a life lost too
3:58
soon and as a live with Joseph
4:00
Communale's loss every day. So
4:03
on Saturday night, November 12, 2016, Joseph Communale,
4:06
a 26-year-old man from Stanford,
4:10
Connecticut, he traveled with his group of
4:12
friends to New York City for a
4:14
night out. It was
4:17
a night filled with nightlife,
4:19
drinking, dancing, socializing at high-end
4:21
city bars, doing
4:23
whatever it was that a 26-year-old was
4:25
doing in 2016. At
4:28
some point in the night, Joseph and his friends
4:30
were approached by two men who start
4:33
to hang out with their group of friends. These
4:36
two were Lawrence Dillion and
4:38
Max Gemma. And Joseph
4:40
ends up leaving the bar with these two
4:42
guys. No one really
4:44
knows for sure what these two said
4:46
to persuade him into leaving with them
4:49
exactly. It's pieced together that
4:51
the two men convinced him to join them
4:53
at a New York City penthouse for
4:56
an after party. Once the bar closed, along
4:58
with three other women who were at the
5:00
bar. I mean, so
5:02
basically a good time. Yeah. He
5:05
left a bunch of his friends though to leave
5:07
with a couple strangers, which I think is kind
5:09
of weird, but okay. Well
5:12
Joseph in his late 20s, what else was there to do? It's
5:15
4 a.m. in the club is jumpin'
5:17
jumpin'. Jumpin' jumpin'. Yeah, you gotta keep
5:19
that party alive. Hey, crime-style

7:11
The place that they were going to
7:13
was the Grand Sutton Place apartments where
7:15
James Rach over-lived. People
7:18
call him Jimmy and he legally
7:20
changed his last name to Rachover
7:22
about three years ago from around
7:24
this time. Now Jimmy,
7:26
he grew up being raised by his
7:28
single mother and lived in Fort Lauderdale,
7:30
Florida in his 20s. He
7:33
soon met a wealthy Jeffrey
7:35
Rachover who gave him his
7:37
last name. He
7:39
left with Jeffrey to New York City with
7:42
hopes of putting his old past behind him.
7:45
He was living with 56 year old
7:47
wealthy Manhattan man Jeffrey as
7:50
a surrogate son. He was
7:52
living this lavish lifestyle. The
7:55
wealthy Manhattan man named Jeffrey Rachover basically
7:57
took in this young 20 year old.
8:00
with the explanation that he became a
8:02
father to him, something that Jimmy
8:05
never had growing up. He
8:07
supported him by giving Jimmy a place to
8:09
stay at a high-end apartment and
8:11
gave him a lavish lifestyle that
8:14
came with designer clothing, meals cupboard,
8:16
a car, you name it. So
8:19
basically maybe not a dad but
8:21
a daddy. Yeah, a
8:23
sugary daddy. Well, Jeffrey would
8:25
even refer to Jimmy as his
8:28
long-lost son to some people, so
8:30
a lot of people thought that he was
8:32
his biological son. Okay, so
8:34
this dude's super wealthy, like who
8:37
is he? So Jeffrey, he's this
8:40
guy who has
8:42
clients like Oprah, JLo,
8:44
Melina Trump. Now,
8:46
there were later reports and a few rumors
8:48
that said that they were more than just
8:51
a father-son relationship but, you know.
8:53
Probably more romantic. Yeah,
8:56
more on the romantic side but
8:58
nothing's really confirmed. So
9:00
we don't actually know speculation
9:02
but... Speculation. Definitely more
9:04
daddy than dad. Now, before
9:07
Jimmy left his life in Florida, he
9:09
actually had a bit of a criminal history.
9:11
A few past offenses included
9:14
burglary, drug use, and violating
9:16
terms of his probation. Although
9:19
those are nothing compared to murder,
9:22
he even cut off his ankle monitor
9:24
and fled from authorities. So
9:26
that's a quick rundown of Jimmy,
9:29
the 25-year-old guy who had this
9:31
cool apartment in Manhattan and
9:33
was throwing this after party where two other
9:35
guys invited Joseph and a few women over.
9:38
Okay. So just a
9:40
kind of review. All who were at
9:42
this apartment supposedly was Joseph, Jimmy,
9:46
the apartment owner, two
9:48
of his friends, Lawrence and Max,
9:50
and three women who came along.
9:54
Joseph was seen entering the Grand
9:56
Sutton apartment building in Manhattan located
9:58
at 48... East
10:01
59th Street and it seemed
10:03
that he willingly went inside to
10:05
go into the apartment number 4C
10:07
where the after-party happened. This
10:10
one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment at
10:12
Sutton Place located in Manhattan
10:14
seems to be occupied currently
10:16
at this time however
10:19
it was quickly renovated and went back
10:21
up for rent shortly after what happened
10:23
in this apartment which we will get
10:26
into in more detail soon. Now
10:28
the next day Sunday November 13th 2016 at 6.50 a.m.
10:34
so it's the morning he was
10:37
seen escorting the three women out of
10:39
the apartment along with Lawrence and then
10:41
him and Lawrence walked back into the
10:43
apartment sadly this was
10:45
the last time Joseph was seen alive.
10:49
So wait what time did they actually get
10:51
to the apartment for the after-party? So they
10:54
got there around 4 a.m.
10:57
Oh so they probably didn't sleep.
10:59
Yeah probably not. Something probably happened
11:01
and then this
11:03
is the reaction. Yeah probably not.
11:06
Now this contradicted what Lawrence
11:08
aka Larry the liar told
11:11
police. Oh I like that. Yeah
11:13
I made it up. Larry told
11:15
the police that Joey went off with
11:17
the women and that was it. He
11:20
was gone. But the
11:22
actual surveillance footage saw
11:24
him not leave with the women
11:26
and one of the women soon
11:29
told the police that Joseph didn't leave with
11:31
them. Hmm red flag. Now
11:33
by the next day Joseph wasn't answering
11:36
his phone and he never came home.
11:39
It's a pretty shitty feeling as a dad. Yeah
11:41
his worried father couldn't get a hold
11:43
of him and he went to the
11:46
police immediately desperate to get any extra
11:48
help to bring his son home. He
11:50
was out drinking with a few
11:52
friends on Saturday night and now
11:55
it's Monday and he's nowhere to be
11:57
found. Which no matter what age
11:59
you're killed. kids are 26,
12:01
36, whatever, they're always
12:03
your babies. I'm
12:06
the baby. Your mom loves you
12:08
so much. Any
12:10
parent's worst nightmare, right? Joseph's
12:12
friends actually helped with the start
12:14
of the investigation. They looked on Instagram
12:16
trying to find any pictures of that
12:19
night at the bars that they were
12:21
at with Joseph in them and
12:24
they were determined to find Joseph. So
12:26
one of Joseph's friends, they
12:29
found this picture with Joseph
12:31
and these women who
12:34
were there with them and
12:36
they were able to narrow it down to the
12:38
guys that he hung out with, who he left
12:40
with. The friend messaged
12:42
one of the guys asking about
12:44
Joseph, where he was, have you
12:46
heard anything? And he
12:49
started to feel uneasy about the
12:51
situation. So when
12:54
he was reported missing, the investigation
12:56
began where Joseph was last seen
12:58
and last known to be, which
13:00
was the apartment on the Upper
13:02
East Side. This is
13:04
when they reviewed the surveillance footage
13:06
and they talked to witnesses like
13:08
Lawrence and one
13:10
of the women and some people in
13:12
the building who provided crucial
13:15
information that helped piece together his
13:17
final movements. All right,
13:19
so the police were asking, did
13:22
you see anything weird, abnormal,
13:25
strange? Yeah, and
13:27
the NYPD received reports of
13:29
a disturbance at the Grand Sutton apartment
13:32
building. And sadly, based
13:34
on surveillance footage, they
13:36
never saw him completely leave the
13:38
apartment building on his own accord.
13:41
On top of that, there were witnesses
13:44
who reported seeing a man dragging a
13:46
heavy piece of luggage out of the
13:48
building. And when the
13:50
police further searched, there was actually
13:52
a luggage rack that was covered in
13:54
blood. Oh shit, that's
13:57
something. Yeah, and it appeared to
13:59
investigators that. Joseph seemed
14:01
to be involved in some kind
14:03
of fight at the party and was
14:05
stabbed. So I take it they were
14:07
pretty lazy cleaning the crime scene.
14:10
Yeah, they definitely left a trail of
14:12
blood behind. In fact,
14:14
it was reported by the NYPD
14:16
that there was a substantial amount
14:19
of blood evidence, which
14:21
included plastic bags that were covered in
14:23
blood that were thrown down a garbage
14:25
chute and were in the garbage room.
14:28
And there were articles of clothing,
14:31
sheets, and towels with blood evidence
14:33
inside the apartment room for C.
14:35
So yeah, they didn't really think things through,
14:37
which was in the
14:40
investigators' favor for sure. Where
14:42
did they think the garbage chute went? Like
14:45
it went into some dark abyss that no
14:47
one could ever see again? The
14:50
deep dark abyss. Yeah, exactly.
14:53
Now being that James Rakover was
14:55
living in that apartment, he became
14:57
the primary person of interest. Rakover's
15:00
behavior and inconsistent statements
15:02
during the police interviews
15:04
raised suspicions. Further
15:07
investigation and questioning of the
15:09
two people, including Rakover and
15:11
Lauren Stillion, revealed
15:13
critical details. Lawrence was
15:15
the one who eventually cooperated with
15:17
the police and provided information that
15:20
led them to a burial site.
15:22
So it sounds like from
15:24
the police perspective, there
15:27
were no other doubts. Right from the
15:29
beginning, they have all of this evidence. Like
15:31
these guys, they're involved.
15:34
They're involved. Now they
15:37
followed Lawrence's lead and law enforcement
15:39
officers arrived at a wooded area
15:41
behind a florist shop in
15:44
Oceanport, New Jersey. There
15:47
was even surveillance footage that was reviewed
15:49
at a vacant lot in Oceanport, New
15:51
Jersey, where two guys were
15:53
seen carrying out a suitcase. They
15:56
conducted a thorough search of the
15:58
area and their they discovered
16:00
a shallow grave. To
16:03
their horror, they found a chilling
16:05
sight, a hand sticking out of
16:07
the dirt. Oh, that's
16:09
like a Halloween movie. Yeah,
16:11
and then it was determined to
16:14
be Joseph Comunelli's body, showing multiple
16:16
stab wounds, estimated to be around
16:18
15 different stab
16:20
wounds. His body was
16:23
doused in gasoline and his legs
16:25
appeared to be burned. Jeez.
16:28
The extent of the injuries and
16:30
the condition of the remains indicated
16:32
a brutal and violent death. Okay,
16:36
so let me break this down. They
16:39
stabbed him, they burned him, and then
16:41
they buried him like a
16:43
piece of trash. Yeah. I
16:45
mean, it's good that he didn't get away with it, but I
16:48
don't understand. They invited him over
16:50
for an after party. They escorted
16:53
these women out. They
16:55
had to be on good terms
16:57
because Joseph willingly turns around, walks
16:59
back into the apartment. Like,
17:02
what went down? Like, something
17:04
had to have happened for it to
17:06
escalate. Well, when
17:08
Lawrence came forward and
17:11
decided to speak to the police, he told
17:13
the investigators that there was a fight that
17:15
broke out, basically once after
17:17
the after party was over, relating
17:19
to who supplied what, so
17:22
like the drinks and the drugs and whatnot.
17:25
Lawrence confessed that he had
17:27
punched Joey. Then Jimmy Rachover was
17:29
the one who stabbed him with
17:31
a knife in a rampage that
17:33
led to his death. Jeez.
17:37
Max, the other friend, apparently was
17:39
asleep during this whole time of
17:41
the attack, but the attack ended
17:43
up waking him up and
17:45
Lawrence told Max to leave. And
17:48
then the two guys who were there with
17:50
Joseph's body had murder on their hands, and
17:53
so they attempted to dispose of all
17:55
of the evidence and his body. So
17:58
did Max actually leave? Like
18:00
when he woke up? Allegedly, he
18:02
left, yeah. Oh, wow.
18:04
So he really doesn't have anything to
18:06
do with us. He was asleep and
18:09
then he left. Yeah, I guess.
18:12
Now, forensic teams worked meticulously to
18:14
gather evidence from the obvious homicide,
18:16
from DNA evidence that was covered
18:18
in the apartment and on different
18:20
items like the knife that was
18:23
used to stab Joseph, and as
18:25
far as the suitcase, bloods of
18:27
towels, Joey's credit cards
18:29
and identification, they were all found
18:31
and recovered from the garbage. The
18:34
abyss. Yeah, and there was
18:36
also cleaning supplies that was discovered that
18:38
was used to try to hide the
18:40
blood and the evidence. And
18:43
of course, cell phone evidence pictures,
18:45
cell phone location data, and whatnot,
18:48
was a big part in putting the
18:50
puzzle pieces together for this case. And
18:53
of course, we can't forget about the big
18:55
one, surveillance footage. You just can't go against
18:58
what was captured on surveillance footage.
19:01
I mean, unless it was like super
19:03
bad quality. Well, true. It's like our
19:05
iPhones are crystal clear, but for some
19:08
reason, these surveillance cameras are still so
19:10
terribly awful. Yeah, that
19:12
is true. Now, the autopsy
19:14
found 15 stab wounds, burn
19:16
marks, and many broken bones.
19:19
And being that there are so many
19:21
broken bones, it gave investigators the belief
19:23
that his body was possibly tossed out
19:26
of a window in a suitcase after
19:29
he was deceased. Tossed
19:32
out of a window in New York City.
19:36
What? Like, how do you think you're gonna
19:38
get away with that? It's a super populated
19:40
city. Yes, it's in the morning, but
19:42
what? And
19:45
maybe they were trying to gamble their
19:47
luck and avoid cameras, maybe, but this
19:49
was their way of getting the body
19:51
out of the building undetected. Maybe
19:53
they were thinking about the security footage around this time.
19:56
But also maybe not, because
19:58
this sounds all. super reactive,
20:01
right? Like not premeditated. This
20:03
is something that they did, it
20:06
happened, and now they're possibly
20:08
dealing with the risk. And
20:11
then they tried to get rid of his
20:13
body by burning it, but yeah,
20:15
that didn't work. This
20:17
case grabbed a lot of media attention
20:19
because of how brutal the crime was
20:21
and who the suspects
20:23
were. James Rachover in particular
20:26
was in the spotlight because
20:28
not only did it happen
20:30
at his apartment, but
20:32
because of his connections to a famous jeweler
20:34
in New York City. The jeweler
20:36
of the stars. The sugar
20:38
daddy, as some would say. Hey,

21:11
Now on November 16, 2016,
21:14
James Rachover and Lawrence DeLeon
21:16
were both arrested, and they
21:18
faced charges relating to communalist
21:21
deaths, including concealment of a
21:23
human corpse and hindering
21:25
prosecution. Oh, what about
21:27
the sleeper dude, Max Tremmer? Well,
21:30
yeah. So he ended up
21:33
being charged with hindering prosecution,
21:35
which basically refers to any
21:37
action or actions that can
21:39
interfere with the legal process
21:41
of a crime. So like
21:43
providing false information or
21:46
assisting in hiding information.
21:48
He was also charged with tampering
21:51
with evidence in connection with the
21:53
murder of Joey Communelli. And
21:55
it was believed that Max, he was inside
21:57
of the apartment while the murder was in
21:59
the apartment. had taken place
22:01
but he didn't participate. So
22:03
it's like he knew about it but
22:06
yeah. Okay, he was
22:08
sleeping, they told him to leave, he
22:10
left, but he also didn't do anything
22:12
about it. Exactly. So
22:14
what was his sentence? Well, he got
22:16
six months in prison and five
22:18
years of probation. Okay. And
22:23
as for the other two and
22:25
their charges, Lawrence De Leon, he
22:27
was sentenced to 23 years in
22:30
prison after pleading guilty to first-degree
22:32
manslaughter. An interesting point
22:34
that the prosecution brought up was that
22:36
his ring was dented which indicated that
22:38
he had to have punched
22:41
him possibly really hard
22:43
or more than once for the ring to
22:45
dent. Mm-hmm, maybe. I mean, I guess
22:48
it depends on the medal. If it were gold
22:50
and it were a soft medal, maybe.
22:53
Maybe, Ricky. But
22:57
very true, I mean, depending upon the medal
22:59
type. Now James Rachover, he
23:01
was found guilty of second-degree murder
23:03
and other charges receiving a sentence
23:05
of 28 years to life
23:07
in prison. Yeah. And
23:09
like we said, this case got
23:12
a lot of media attention and
23:14
also social media attention. His
23:16
disappearance and then the discovery that
23:19
he was murdered in New York
23:21
City spread quickly. And it's believed
23:23
that those who were involved, they felt
23:25
this pressure to come forward thanks to
23:27
the spread of this case through social
23:30
media. But it also caused
23:32
a lot of rumors to spread and
23:34
misinformation to spread and a lot of
23:36
different speculation which can
23:39
always impact an investigation. Honestly,
23:42
I hate hearing cases like
23:45
this because it's kind of like
23:47
movies. You know, you always paint this son
23:49
at the beginning of a movie as like
23:51
this really awesome person. He was
23:53
a great brother. He was a great son. And
23:56
it like leads up to the fact that
23:59
there's going be a loss, right? I think
24:01
they did it in Fried Green Tomatoes and
24:04
some other random movies that I can't think of off the
24:06
top of my head. But it
24:09
makes me think of
24:11
our own son. You know, we have
24:13
an awesome son, he's perfect. It
24:16
scares me so much. It's my worst fear
24:18
and nightmare to even think that anything would ever
24:20
happen to him. You know, and it's one
24:22
of those things though that like, everybody
24:26
looks at it this way, you know? Like,
24:30
you don't feel safe when things like this
24:32
happen. No. Especially
24:35
like these young 26 year
24:37
olds were at a bar hanging out
24:39
trying to have fun. Yeah. Like
24:41
it's, and then for
24:43
something so extreme to happen, it just is like,
24:46
it's frightening to hear this. Yeah. And also
24:49
mentioned, even between the two of us, we
24:51
spent all of our 20s together. We've been
24:53
together too freaking long. But
24:55
how many situations were we in? Like we
24:58
had behind a dumpster one time because there
25:00
was a shooting. Yeah. Like
25:02
those stories all could end so differently
25:05
and they didn't. And I think it's
25:08
common. Like everyone probably has
25:10
a story like that. Yeah, we
25:12
were just too close to
25:14
murder. Like, oh my God, we could have been
25:16
murdered. Right. You know? It's
25:19
like flying in an airplane. Everyone knows there's a
25:21
risk with flying in an airplane, but like what
25:23
about the people who actually crashed
25:25
and died? Like so
25:28
many times where like we hit turbulence and we're like, oh
25:30
shit, this is it. And
25:33
then it's okay. What about the times
25:35
when it's not okay? Right. Like
25:37
you never really know who you're hanging out
25:39
with. Joseph, he went to go hang out
25:41
with these people thinking, you
25:43
know, they're just like, they're just like him. I don't want the party
25:45
to end. They just don't want the
25:48
party to end. They're still drinking
25:50
and whatever, having a good time.
25:52
It's 4 a.m. turns to 6 50
25:54
a.m. And maybe it was
25:56
a combination of a lack of
25:59
sleep, the alcohol, the cocaine and
26:01
just this turmoil
26:03
of like you guys did all
26:05
my cocaine I don't have any left and I don't
26:07
know something like that but I've also
26:09
seen speculation where a lot of people
26:12
think maybe rack over
26:14
the son slash lover possibly
26:17
maybe he hit on Joey and Joey said
26:20
no maybe maybe the
26:22
retaliation came from there we don't
26:24
really know but something went
26:26
down something like really extreme to
26:28
like break out in a fight like that like
26:31
we all get in fights we all get into
26:33
arguments but at what level do you
26:36
stab someone 15 times
26:38
right I'm
26:40
a singer like when
26:42
things like this happen it makes me think of the movie
26:45
super bad when the one dude on that
26:47
movie was like I wake up in the morning and
26:49
I pray for a fight it's
26:51
like if you have your knife on you
26:53
and you're ready to stab someone that
26:56
quick you're almost like looking for a reason
26:58
like are you maybe but
27:00
what also makes me even hate this guy
27:03
even more like okay maybe you're
27:05
thinking this was some kind of like
27:07
bad experience like bad altercation you're
27:09
like okay let's just get rid of the body
27:12
and then like it never happened but what what
27:14
makes me hate this guy even more is
27:16
Jimmy he went to the gym and he
27:18
was bragging to some guy in the locker
27:21
room that he had slit someone's throat and
27:23
disposed of his body really so that
27:25
guy went to the police well
27:28
that eventually came up as like a witness thing
27:30
like once things started like coming up because when
27:32
someone says that you're just like oh really like
27:34
oh wow yeah sure you did but
27:37
then you're like oh my god he actually did
27:39
right and that part of
27:41
the evidence it was presented during James
27:44
rackovers trial now
27:46
the family of Joseph Camino they
27:48
continue to honor his memory and
27:51
seek justice for his tragic death because
27:54
even when you put away people
27:57
in prison for life it
27:59
just doesn't feel like you're
28:01
getting justice, you know? Like,
28:04
they're still living. Joseph isn't. Joseph's
28:07
father, Pat Communelli, he has
28:09
been actively involved in advocating
28:11
for his son's legacy and
28:14
ensuring the public remembers this
28:16
case. Pat Communelli
28:18
has also participated in various
28:21
media interviews and different events
28:23
to keep awareness alive about
28:25
the impacts of violent crime.
28:51
Pat and Lisa Communelli, along with
28:53
her daughter Alexa, have been focusing
28:55
on supporting each other and
28:58
staying connected with their community. The
29:00
family has found solace in the
29:02
support from their friends and different
29:04
strangers who have been moved by
29:06
Joey's story. Tragic
29:09
end to his life. It's horrible. It's
29:11
horrible. But
29:14
yeah, 26 years old and, you know, you'd think
29:16
that you'd get that call back from him on
29:18
Monday or like over the weekend like, hey, dad.
29:20
Yeah. No, nothing. Yeah. It's one
29:22
of the situations where you're like, I
29:25
wish he was able to tell the story and say, hey,
29:27
dad, I had a close encounter.
29:29
It was really scary, but
29:31
I made it out. But
29:34
not all of us get the opportunity
29:36
to make it out. Yeah. It makes
29:38
you like really aware too, but you
29:40
really just shouldn't go over someone's house
29:43
to know that you don't know. We're like,
29:45
some friends with you or. Yeah.
29:48
I mean, I know he went to the
29:50
bar with some of his friends and they
29:53
all went home and he
29:55
left with some strangers, which
29:57
normally that's probably okay. It's like you're
29:59
continuing. the fun times, but
30:02
you don't always know who you're with. No.
30:05
You never know their back
30:07
history or like what they're really
30:09
capable of, you know.
30:11
Yeah. Until it's too late, unfortunately.
30:13
Right. Well, this
30:15
sums up this week's episode. I hope you
30:18
guys were moved by Joey's story. And yeah,
30:22
until next time. Until next time.
30:25
But while you're here, you might as well
30:27
just subscribe to Crime Salad and also
30:30
leave us a nice review if you're enjoying our show.
30:32
Just tell us what you think. Right.
30:35
Or join our patron. I think
30:38
we're gonna leave some
30:40
more personal stories on Patreon.
30:43
Yeah, so there's a lot of
30:45
stuff that happens in our life. It seems
30:48
like it happens weekly. And we're just holding
30:50
on by a thread. And what
30:52
better place to share it than our podcast?
30:55
We have guys who love to listen to us for
30:57
whatever reason. For whatever reason. But
31:00
honestly, no. I mean, it's stuff
31:02
that I've contemplated that
31:04
we share within the episode.
31:06
But I think it
31:08
would be better to do it, you know, on Patreon,
31:11
something like that. So just
31:13
a quick sneak peek at
31:15
what Patreon will share this
31:17
week. Which honestly,
31:20
I feel weird paywalling things.
31:22
So I want to leave this up to
31:25
free members on Patreon. But
31:27
also, you know, some of our
31:29
supporters who pay for, you know, ad free
31:32
and that type of thing. But
31:34
recently our dog went
31:36
missing. I have no
31:38
idea how. We woke up in the
31:40
morning. We think he got out at
31:43
night. He's a black pug. Brindle, I
31:45
guess. Super goofy. Super goofy. I actually
31:47
posted something on Facebook. I said, you
31:49
know, like if anyone has seen him,
31:51
please let us know. He's an idiot,
31:54
but he's our idiot. We need
31:56
him back. It
31:58
was terrifying. But yeah. Let's share
32:00
the story on Patreon. Yeah, we're gonna talk
32:02
more about it and talk about our daily
32:05
life outside of
32:07
Crime Salad. Right. So
32:09
patreon.com/Crime Salad podcast.
32:12
Honestly, I want to leave this up to
32:14
free and paid members. Now,
32:16
paid members, I don't want you to feel
32:19
left out because you still get ad-free listens
32:21
and that type of thing, but
32:23
let's open this up. Yeah. Also,
32:27
one more thing, we're gonna do our
32:30
first, not our first, but our first in
32:32
like years. Live
32:35
interaction. Oh, we
32:37
are. On YouTube. Okay. For Patreon.
32:40
You too. Yes. Okay. For our
32:42
patrons, paid and free. Cool.

Peace out. A town down. The

delicious ice cold taste of Dr. Pepper has
33:54
a lasting effect on people. Lindsay from Sacramento
33:56
said, Pro tip, 40 degrees is the perfect
33:58
temperature for an ice cold. Why
34:00
is forty degrees a perfect temperature for Dr.
34:03
Pepper? We brought in Sue from Duluth, Minnesota
34:05
