Being an avid hiker, it never occur to me that the above sea level mark might not be accurate now as compared to how it was when it was first measured, but knowing the change is minuscule I doubt there are much changes to it. With everything on earth constantly moving and shifting due to gravity and other factors, it is understandable that it is difficult to pinpoint the true zero.
