Welcome to Season 2. We're changing directions a little bit. While I love sharing all the stories about farming because it's so important to our world and will continue to talk to women doing incredible things in their lives, I feel really called to continue focusing on the mental health and personal growth aspect of the podcast.

I have been deeply on my own journey for the last 3 years. I have experienced the lowest of lows and feel like I'm finally at a place where I have figured out what I want and done a lot of shadow work and found true happiness. I want to share that journey. I want to share the stories of other women on that journey. I want to have deep, meaningful conversations. I want to talk about things that people are afraid to talk about because of stigma and perceptions.

The vision of Cultivating Purpose was to share our journeys and have tough conversations that can help others on their own journey. I feel like that vision didn't come across as clear as I wanted in Season 1. But, we learn and grow and change and that's okay. So please learn and grow with me!

I hope you enjoy and get something out of the new direction. I hope you continue to love the podcast. Don't worry we'll still update about the ladies in Season 1 as well!
