Today's episode is on nourishing a culture of health and nutrition.

I am truly honored to have Ms. Franciel Ikeji,  MS, RD, LD on the show.  She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and nutrition educator who has 10+ years of experience in nutrition and food policy, leading domestic and international program development, as well as health and nutrition training and professional development. She is passionate about empowering her community with cultural food and nutrition knowledge and strategies, as well as advocating for policies to support healthful and prosperous lives.

Originally, she wanted to be a Chef; however, her grandmother insisted that she go to college to study science.  We are glad that she empowered her to move on up.
