In closing out mental health awareness month, I am excited to have Xiomoria Scott as my guest today. She is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. She was was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She graduated from Corcoran High School. She attended SUNY Cortland where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Motivated to learn more, she pursued a Mental Health Counseling degree at St. John Fisher College in Rochester NY where she currently resides.
She has committed her life's purpose to a mission that focuses on helping others learn to become emotionally intelligent. Through therapy, She is always working creatively and collaboratively with individuals to create the narrative of life that they can be authentically happy with. Life is a teacher (we all have trauma), our perspective and how we interpret the world will determine how we embrace the journey of life. She wants life to be lived to its fullest and is committed to helping individuals who commit to helping themselves.
