The relentless race to adopt education technology has only accelerated with the current crisis. In this exceptional episode, we spoke with legal and policy experts from both sides of the border and discussed some of the most important privacy questions of our time. From the need to demonstrate value out of edtech modernization, to the opportunities presented to politicians, we are at a crossroads, or perhaps an inflection point, in our adoption of responsible, privacy-protective practices in public education.

We are joined by Valerie Steeves and Jane Bailey, from the University of Ottawa and founders of the eQuality Project; and by Chad Marlow, Senior Advocacy and Policy Counsel at the ACLU.
