When we set goals, do we really set goals that push us? Is it something that challenges us? Is it a goal that we have accomplished in the past? Do you challenge yourself and push yourself where you have never gone before. Too many people set easily attainable goals.  Many are just easy wins that are a part of a bigger goal.
