We return with “Notes on Main Street Music,” a cornerstone chapter from Shader, as well as some preliminary impressions from our podcaster’s outings to see Guns N’ Roses in concert in Philadelphia, as well as Jane’s Addiction with Dinosaur Jr. and Living Colour. A fair amount of reflection is given to the record clerk and record stores, and how both will be missed, more by the podcaster than bookstores and bookstore clerks. It’s just his opinion, man. Oh, and an opener monologue from Todd Colby!
