Phil shares his experiences coming into crypto from a background in engineering, how he founded Bright Moments, and what the project is all about. We talk about why it was so important to cultivate real-life interactions and relationships with Bright Moments.

We talk about the importance of inclusivity in crypto and bringing in people who might not be crypto-native or highly tech-savvy. Phil also explains why the team chose to build Bright Moments as a DAO, and why the community is so strong.

Phil talks about maintaining a DAO community, and some of the things Bright Moments does to engage with its users. We talk about the world tour he’s taking part in, and the goal of bringing more people from the outside into crypto. Finally, he shares some ideas for the future and how people can get involved today.
