How do you become an M&A expert? For Kenneth (Ken) Park it started with curiosity. After law school, he became interested in employment law. He wanted to help more people and proactively got interested in the bridge between law and HR. As he dove deeper, he continued to find himself in conversations and challenges related to M&As. Over 15 years later he has worked both in-house and as a consultant navigating HR M&A key decisions at major companies like PwC, American Express, and Netflix. Today as the Director and Head of HR M&A at Netflix, he gets to be at the unique intersection of his passions for people and law. He's here to remind you to never stop learning and growing.

Join us at Dear Workplace to learn more about how Ken builds his expertise and balances flexibility and firmness as a leader.
