It is Saturday morning just before Easter and this episode reflects what Christ has accomplished on the cross on Good Friday. 

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We stand condemned, deserving of wrath, but through Christ and his work, we can receive the forgiveness of our sins! 

On the cross he was the propitiation for our sins, he stood as our substitute, and by his blood, we are saved.

Even in the middle of COVID, I pray that you take this time to remember Christ's work, and tomorrow you celebrate his glorious resurrection!
