This is the third episode of the Digital Age Chronicles. And today I have a special guest by the name, Theodora Isola. She is a Creative IT Solutions Professional. She took her first steps to software programming in 2009 right after graduating with a BSc in Human Physiology in the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She has since gone ahead to pursue a Master's Degree in Information System and Technology at the University of Liverpool, UK, and is constantly investing in professional IT training and certifications.

She enjoys working with teams to research, recommend, build, manage and market suitable and efficient IT solutions for businesses. She currently works as a Business Applications Lead and is also involved in IT, Growth, Innovations and Project Management for a Technology and Finance company. She volunteers as Community Director for Node.js Africa, and as an Advocate for Women-In-Tech, she commits to helping young people, especially women to design a road-map for a successful tech career. She is a wife and mum. She enjoys traveling and reading.

In this episode, I chat with Theodora about how she transitioned from Human Physiology to a tech career. And how she settled in for an Intrapreneur; this gives her the ability to work within organizations towards building suitable IT solution systems for business growth and profitability. She also offers support services to businesses that are keen on improving their entire business processes which border around administrative services, customer services, and marketing.
