All to often, it can difficult to say no. We want to fit in or be loved, it could be that we don't know how. Over time, feelings of resentment & anger can build inside of us. When it reaches this point we have a choice to change or remain the same. Change is almost always a place of unknown and uncharted territory.

The ones closest us can push against our changes creating more situations that take us outside of our comfort zone. Often these changes come slowly over time as confidence builds then other times it never happens at all due to the discomfort it creates in our life.
