Don't Look Down is an inspirational new podcast series focusing on well-being. By interviewing people who have been through a range of traumatic experiences, come through the other side and begun flourishing and enjoying life again, podcast creator Emily Taylor hopes to show listeners they can overcome anything. Don't Look Down will also offer practical advice about how everyone can improve their wellbeing through steps like improving their diet and exercise, getting outdoors more, finding out who you are and connecting with new and old friends.

As well as interviews providing insight, advice and hope to others, the series will include information about support services available both nationally and within the Worcestershire area.
