Most of the time when we talk about marketing, we're focused on the amounts of traffic and how many conversions we have. But what doesn't normally come up is a public relations plan - and we think it should.
We all know the internet can be a weird and somewhat incendiary place, so we should all have a plan in place for when someone leaves a negative (and positive) review, for when the press comes calling, and for when someone trolls your social media accounts.
