Professor Jillian Rogin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Indigenous Studies and Philosophy from Trent University. She has a law degree from the University of Windsor, and a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall and York University.
She has been a lawyer in Ontario since being called to the bar in 2009, and has worked as a defence lawyer, and for Legal Aid Ontario as duty counsel, and a research lawyer.
In 2017 Jillian joined the faculty of Law as an assistant professor at the University of Windsor. Her research focus includes judicial interim release (commonly referred to as bail), sexual assault law, and legal ethics. Jill currently runs the clinic academic credit program at the Community Legal Aid and Legal Assistance of Windsor.
