Guided meditation to bring you "into your body". Many of us are too preoccupied to pay attention to the signs of our body. For example, you may have a pain in your back when you wash the dishes. It could be debilitating but if a doctor was to ask you when it started or why you feel you experience it, your answer to those questions would probably be, "I don't know" or "I don't remember".

Experts say the body keeps the score. Therefore, the pain in you back may be connected to something deeper than you know. Practice this meditation and check in with me about what realizations you experience. Healing is an intuitive process. Allow your intuition to be your guide by cultivating a peace of mind. Opening and allowing for guidance and healing from a power greater than ourself.
