This episode continues on with the June Mental Health series with the topic of Identity, Gender, and Sexuality confusion.  While this topic is great for the PRIDE community, it does go deeper and relates to everyone and goes into how stress, disease, and mental health conditions can arise if you are in misalignment with your natural self, if you are being groomed to be someone you are not, and how to truly sort out confusion on identity, gender, and sexuality roles, responsibilities, and dysfunctions in a way that helps you to achieve the health that you desire versus being unsupported with more risk to make choices leading to addictions, bad coping mechanisms, living a life you do not want, and disease.  The sooner you can make decision to get to know yourself outside of society, cultural, or others expectations and set boundaries to be more in alignment with your natural self, energy, and health, you will be able to own your life, habits, choices, and next steps with more clarity, confidence, and maturity.   Topics on how identity, gender, and sexuality confusion and dysfunction can lead to metabolic health problems like inflammation, blood sugar and blood pressure imbalances, weight gain, and mental health conditions are explored.
