This week’s episode was inspired by my recent trip to Phuket, Thailand. Four years ago, I left the world as I knew it then and my home in England for a completely new one – moving to Doha, Qatar. The decision to pack your life up, take the plunge and leave isn’t an easy one. Despite having so many benefits, the initial upheaval is possibly one that often arises mid quarterlife crisis when the need for proactive change is imminent.
