Mr Anupam Jalote, CEO of iCreate (International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology) shares the philosophy behind the EVangelise innovation challenge aimed at improving efficiency of electric 2 & 3 wheelers, details of the various categories & stages of the challenge as well as rewards at each stage.  He emphasizes on the idea of building knowledge-based enterprises of India at iCreate.
