"Sometimes you have all these kinds of grand plans and then you think that realistically you don't want to put half of the effort into everything just to have everything running. You want to put a hundred percent into what you can maintain. So, for example, the blog and the fitness website for me is a hundred percent effort. For me, I'd rather put one hundred percent effort into one or two things that fifty percent into five things. So that's the main thing I realized; to just not stretch yourself too far."
