Empowered Transformational Healing with Krystal Jae

Whoa! Welcome to Season 2 of the Empowered Transformational Healing Podcast with me Krystal Jae. This season has already started in a way that I couldn’t imagine. Are you ready for some realness, raw healing, a view into what it feels like to walk in peace, clarity, purpose and know who you are?I hope that was a yes. As I am here to empower you to break free from suffering in silence, discover who you are, and own the life that is meant for you!For the past two decades, I have been blessed to share my journey with countless women and a few men while empowering them to overcome the limitations that are left behind by physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse. What are some of those limitations?Well... Here are a few:Self-doubtdoubting your abilitiesGuiltNot being who others want you to beNot standing up for yourselfShameEverything that has happened to you is your faultYou made mistakesFearof abandonmentor lonelinessof not being enoughof letting others downof failureNot really loving yourselfBecause how do you love yourself if no one else truly love you for youNot knowing how to love yourselfNot knowing what love feels likeFinding everything that you feel is wrong with you and hyper focusing on them like:WeightAttitudeCareerHairSkinCarsHouseRelationshipsFeeling unworthyof loveof attentionof friendsof familyof relationshipsRunning, Hiding, or Ignoring GodBecause people in the Church has hurt youBecause God will not allow certain situations to hurt youBecause you have lost someone and its not fairBecause God doesn’t hear youBecause God doesn’t answer youBecause the people that you know who are “Christian” or “live with God in their lives” have done the unimaginableYou see these are a few of the limitations that some of us experience after we have experienced a trauma personally or witnessed a situation. These limitations hold us back from showing up in our lives and part of who we are stays hidden in our minds, heart and spirit.Yeah... I know because I have experienced these things as well. I have witnessed others who have experienced these things and to be honest this pain and disappointment either gets hidden, drunk into oblivion(alcoholism), becomes self harming behaviors, or an addiction to drugs, sex, etc. You deserve more in your life. You deserve to live in the life that you envision, the one that you hope and wish for. I am talking about the one that you see as an alter life. The one that you are loving yourself, loving, joyful, have clarity and success. This is what makes the Empowered Transformational Journey worth it. You are provided with empowerment, guidance, wisdom, and knowledge you seek to heal and transform your life. It is my mission to empower you to go from pain to purpose, self- doubt to confidence, confusion to clarity while leaving the struggle bus behind so you can discover who you really are. The bonus, like me, most of my clients have realized that God is not their trauma and are now experiencing the love, grace, compassion and guidance that only God can give.
