It's hard not to. It's day number 178 ...give or take...of our Global Pandemic..and what we thought might be a few weeks of lockdown has turned into a new way of life.

We are all either hunkering in place, working from home, trying to home school children with virtual learning, or having been displaced from a job and worrying about how to find our next one in a horrific recession. It’s enough to make even the most resilient of us feel overwhelmed and out of control.

 I don’t know about you but I have found myself and many of those that I love and interact with- in a constant state of complaining. Irritability, burn out and a collective world wide trauma seem to have eroded our patience and many of us want someplace to vent and let it all out. Are you feeling that way too?
