We all want to be productive despite our busy schedule. There is lot of talk happening around 5 am or 6 am club. However, this does not suit everyone. There are several reasons for that
- You are working on a different time zone than where you are living in. Or you are working on shifts. Hence, you work from 4 pm to 11 pm.
- You are not comfortable with early to bed early rise schedule
- You have tried it earlier but are unable to follow through. Jumping from 8 am wake up to 5 am is not sustainable.
