So in this podcast you hear my story about starting a new position. I am thrilled about the new position...don't get me wrong. But lately, I have been on a routine to take 5 minutes out of my morning and encourage myself. Well, on this particular day, I didn't. Of course it affected my day. But I am learning how important that 5 minutes is...each and everyday.
