In today's episode, I explain my evolution of how I conceptualised my anxiety/depression eventually coming to understand that I wasn't to blame and how neither are you for the negative thoughts/feelings/emotions you may have towards yourself and life in general. Ultimately, its most difficult to find contentment within the container we call society. Here I explain why.

One man (a social anxiety sufferer) exposing himself (not indecently) to you and for you. The world is busily keeping up appearances, the illusion of perfection increasingly enabled by technology (photo-shopping, social media, editing) prompting us to feel more inadequate and isolated than ever before despite seemingly unprecedented (technological) connection. Somebody has to volunteer to buck this trend, to burn themselves, like firewood, for the collective good, and here I am (with all my fears, insecurities and anxieties on full display)!
