This week I'm celebrating my 34th birthday and I talk about just finally being present in my life. There's so much pressure to be so accomplished by a certain age but were never encouraged to just thrive and live. Since I've been actively healing when I turned 31, its been an awakening- a rebirth. 34 used to be defined as old but baby, I'm just getting started.
