Here are a few key take-aways from this episode:

• Self 1 = the EGO-mind, the self-judgement and self-sabotaging side of yourself
• Self 2 = your authentic self, the side that instinctively knows what is needed in each moment.
• You want to get to that place where you can absolutely, 100% trust all of the work that you have done to get here and don't feel the need to over-think when it's time to step into that audition room.
• Trust that the people that have called you in for the audition already believe you can perform the part. Your job = believe it, too, for yourself.
