In this episode I engage in a rich conversation with aspiring Ironman athlete, Mario Mejia. A little over a year ago Mario found himself in jail, struggling with alcoholism, and with his license suspended. It was at this point, hitting rock bottom, that Mario found himself at a crossroad in his life. Looking at the direction his life was headed, Mario made arguably one of the most important choices in his life. Fulfilling a promise he made to his father, Mario decided to challenge himself with something few people ever consider. He undergoes a brilliant transformation as a person....not just physical, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
