Welcome to another episode of the Feminine Business School podcast. 

Today I have a bit of a rant / heart to heart to share with you….and if you’re in business, which I assume you are if you’re listening in ….you’ll feel me on this.

What I want to share is something that really pi$$es me off as a business owner.

And it’s hearing people say this to me - “You are SO lucky.”

OMG - I can’t tell you how annoyed I get when people (mainly women) say “Oh you’re so lucky!” when I share that I have my own business and I work 3 days a week.

And let me clarify, this -  “YOU’RE SO LUCKY” usually comes from women who are working for someone else.

In this episode of the Feminine Business School podcast you’ll hear me share:  

• The exact reasons why luck has NOTHING to do with my success or how I run my business (I have a sneaking feeling it’s the same for you!),

• How I responded with my truth to an annoying woman in the playground

• How I switched guilt for empowerment and pride at a recent dinner party 

• And a few simple suggestions of how you can respond to people if they ever say to you “ You’re SO lucky!” when it comes to being self-employed!
