Today I talk about asking ourselves the question: is this the reality you are preferring or wanting?

I talk about how I asked myself that question recently after coming to some new big awarenesses about old perspectives in my life that weren’t serving me. And I share an experience I had long ago in which I asked myself that question and it caused everything in my reality to change, and it set my life off in an amazing new direction.
