If we look at ourselves and ask what our biggest flaw is, there is always a clear standout issue we struggle with, and if there is one thing Itay has struggled with he most, it's forgetting things, and by things he means EVERYTHING! Since he can remember (pun intended) Itay has forgotten or lost everything he could possible forget, and so attempting to find a solution to an uncontrollable problem bought its own unique set of issues and unique strategies; but the fun doesn't stop there, as there are more than enough things Itay wants to improve on in his life, stuff we can all relate to, in both the wanted, the trying and sadly, the failing.
